Zoccer Casino Terms & Conditions

This document (the "Terms") lays out the rules that apply when you use the Zoccer website (ca-zoccercasino.ca), our mobile app, and every connected service (together, the "Platform"). Registering an account, visiting, or otherwise making use of the Platform means you accept and agree to abide by what follows here. Should any of it not suit you, kindly avoid using our services. The most recent revision to this text was made during January 2025.

1. Eligibility

To use Zoccer you must have reached the legal gambling age for your province of residence (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec; 19+ in Ontario, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan). Your physical location, too, must be within a province of Canada in which we lawfully provide these services. Each person may hold only a single account. Zoccer may check your identity and age whenever it wishes and may shut down accounts that fall short of the eligibility rules.

2. Account Responsibilities

Keeping your login details private is your responsibility, as is everything that happens under your account. When you sign up, the personal details you enter must be truthful, up-to-date, and complete, and you must keep them current afterward. Passing your account to another individual, or letting anyone else onto the Platform through your credentials, is not allowed. Where your account is used without authorization, Zoccer carries no responsibility for the resulting losses.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Terms

Unless stated otherwise, every monetary transaction on the Platform takes place in Canadian dollars (CAD). Across most payment methods, the smallest amount you can deposit or cash out is C$20 in each case. Zoccer may request identity verification (KYC) prior to approving any cash-out. The time needed to clear a withdrawal varies with your chosen payment method, as spelled out on the Payments page. No charge applies to ordinary CAD deposits or withdrawals through Zoccer, while outside providers handling payments could add charges of their own.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Every bonus and promotional offer comes with its own conditions, covering wagering requirements, maximum stakes allowed during bonus play, how much each game contributes, and expiry dates. Abusing bonuses, whether by opening multiple accounts, placing arbitrage bets, or otherwise systematically gaming promotions, leads to loss of the bonus funds and may end in account closure. Zoccer keeps the right to change or withdraw any promotional offer whenever it chooses.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

Each bet placed on the Platform is governed by the specific rules attached to whichever sport, contest, or betting market applies. Once you confirm a wager, there is no taking it back, except where a cash-out option applies to it. Should a technical glitch generate incorrect odds or outcomes, Zoccer may cancel the bets involved. Upper limits on stakes and payouts are enforced and vary depending on the sport, the market, and the standing of your account. You'll find the complete sport-by-sport betting rules in our Help Centre.

6. Responsible Gambling

Zoccer is dedicated to fostering responsible gambling. The safeguards we make available include self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, session time reminders, loss limits, and deposit limits. Anyone who uses the Platform accepts that wagering brings genuine financial risk and pledges to play sensibly. Where you think a gambling problem may be developing, we recommend reaching ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600 or visiting the Responsible Gambling page, which lists more resources.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zoccer makes the Platform available "as is" and gives no promise of uninterrupted or fault-free service. To the fullest degree the law permits, Zoccer accepts no answerability for damages that are indirect, incidental, or consequential and tied to how you use the Platform. Whatever happens, the most we can owe is capped at the balance held in your account when a claim gets raised. Nothing in these caps diminishes any protections granted to you by the relevant Canadian consumer protection laws.

8. Governing Law

Ontario provincial law, along with the Canadian federal law in force there, governs and shapes the reading of these Terms. Every dispute tied to these Terms or to the way you use the Platform sits solely with the courts of Ontario to decide. If you have questions about these Terms, please write to us at [email protected].
